Topic	puts on lotion still gets dry, cracked hands

Why am I even applying this so called hydrating lotion to my hands if its not doing anything and I still end up with dry hands that are so cracked they're almost starting to bleed out. Almost all OTC lotion has alcohol in it which will dry you out in the long term.
