Topic	Any goals/plans for November?

Anyway my back pain went from the effected areas on both sides in the middle of the back(march 2022-0ct2022) to my shoulders and neck(oct 2022-may 2023) to my lower back( may 2023 to now). The lower back is getting better, so might have a small window to finish. I felt the middle starting up again oh man!
