No-fault divorce should remain an option in all states, so no one feels the need to create a "fault" just so they can get out. That being said... it's fucking bull shit that at-fault divorce has been removed as an option in many states (17 + D.C., apparently), the only form of divorce allowed is no-fault. At-fault should also always be an option.
