Finally wrap things up with my grandma's estate and get the probate closed... fingers crossed. Just have a couple annoying loose ends to tie up, then hopefully we'll be good to distribute assets and get property transferred into our name. Got an offer agreed to on her Arizona house (different state so not part of this probate) and that should wrap up in a few weeks if everything goes okay. Rec league men's volleyball is coming to an end, hopefully do okay in the tournament this weekend and then find another regular physical activity to kill time until coed in February. --- https://i.imgur.com/qUAL3fG.gifv ...
