had another update with gsis, gdad sent her a big ranting text this morning but whatever just gonna cliffnotes one actually important detail embedded into it - which is that it sounds like duty council contacted him and said that gdad likely wouldn't be allowed surety (which it sounds like WANTED to do because he's completely mind-wiped all the reasons that's a stupid idea)

gmom then got contacted (it sounds like referred to by gdad), they asked if we want surety, we said no and tried to put for the case of a mental health facility

so okay then as it sounds that gdad won't be allowed surety and gmom has specifically denied it, that should be the end of this chapter and he should remain confined for the time being
