So the powerscaling can get pretty crazy there. DW Cao Cao is definitely super human before you take the shadow clones and ice powers into account. It's just the moves to be fair (and a lot of why you can fight and beat those guys is that some characters, like Lu Bu, get divine transformations), but yes, this does mean Cao Cao gets to do stuff like cast a nasty spirit bomb.
