So no, it's not exclusive to already diseased or obese people, not at all. Not only has a direct correlation between insulin resistance and sucralose consumption been identified on several, independant studies, but there's possible explanations of why that is.

We are all responsible of our words and you need to be very careful about making blanket statements like the one you made, which are on the same vein as "sucralose causes cancer". The knowledge is out there, you just need to look it up instead of posting unrevised beliefs.
