Mortal Kombat doesnt attack fighters eyes too often, despite that being an almost foolproof way of making people wince. Remember the bit with the eye needle in Dead Space 2? I wish I didnt! 439. Sai Stabs (Mileena, MK2) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NVwyQ-GDnxw It may not be particularly impressive by fatality standards, but its a classic despite that. Mileenas stabs being fast enough to juggle the victim gives it some weight. That aforementioned lack of impressiveness may be why this is usually incorporated into her other moves in later games instead of being a fatality. 438. Head Pop (Johnny Cage, MK) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ofX9XwojZBo The original uppercut. This one ranks above the others weve seen thanks to it showing Johnnys character, with the fist pump and putting his shades on. Hes not just punching your head off, hes doing it in style! 437. Staff Impale (Jade, UMK3) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VYDZndGW674 This fatality suffers in comparison because theres a similar one in the same game thats a little more creative with regard to whats doing the impaling. Still painful nonetheless! 436. Blade Lift (Baraka, MK2) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7u8L1R2ulk4 Barakas poor victim takes a while to die. Sliding down the spikes afterwards is a great touch that MK4 neglected to include. This is the classic fatality of Baraka's that, in comparison to the beheading, is unique to him.
