I thought cart narc was funny-ish when I first watched his vids, but then quickly realized he's not really helping the issues he claims to be fighting against (not returning your cart) and instead acts predatory and harasses people just to get a reaction out of them.

like, do I think that putting your cart away is nice and doing stuff like that, picking up litter, etc. will overall improve communities? yeah, definitely.
but, i also think that randomly following people around and harassing them (and putting it on the internet, no less) will only lead to more people being generally suspicious of others, which ultimately degrades communities.
