Topic	So, Ed Kemper is up for parole this year.

To be fair hes far from the only member of the public with no idea what theyre talking about regarding mental health, criminology, or the legal system. Hell, half the public would vote to abolish parole, suspended sentences, and to have a persons conviction branded on their forehead. Then paradoxically wonder why people who now have no chance at rehabilitation continue to offend.
