Disney can't stop them making a Spider-Man movie about Peter Parker either. Sony own the film rights to everything Spider-Man related. If tomorrow they wanted to make a new Spider-Man film with a new Peter they could do. I'm guessing Disney and Sony have some kind of agreement that Sony couldn't make another standalone live action Spider-Man movie while Holland is portraying MCU Spider-Man. I say that because I'm surprised Sony has not tried to make Spider-Man 4 or The Incredible Spider-Man 3 after the fans were wanting more after Spider-Man NWH. --- "I woke up at four am by accident in time for the paper to be delivered.
