Protect your body with some vest that feels heavy when you are lying down, some plain white cloth over it, the room feels cold because of the cooling. Your head gets stuck in, there is a blinding light right before your eyes, you are wearing headphones for communication so everything is muffled, but the noise of the procedure is still very loud. And meanwhile you are probably asked to hold your breath for 10 or more seconds, repeatedly.
