Topic	I made French Onion Soup for the first time.

Yeah I mentioned the bread part in the OP and replies. Store was out of the correct bread, this worked but I failed with placing it correctly, which Ive mentioned. Gruvyere cheese was really expensive and only small packaging, it was like $50/kilogram, so I looked up a cheaper one which is similar to flavor and used that, but I didnt like how it gratinated. Mix with parm is a good idea.
