It's weird because C.K. has been doing great lately--he had two huge specials last year, one in Madison Square that was totally packed, and I think he won an award for one of his comedy albums. Like, he did horrible stuff and lied about it and bullied the accusers before finally admitting it, but apparently most of the world either doesn't give a fuck or moved on.

And that's where his career essentially starts and ends now. He'll never get another TV deal, he'll never be in another Hollywood film, he's a comedian from now until he wants to retire, but as most comedians don't actually retire, this is it for him.

He went from a man with ambitious ideas to a man who's stuck in a dead end job with no chance for advancement.
