| NoxObscuras 02/27/24 7:24:00 PM #12: | Yeah, it's unfortunate but a lot of homeless people have drug problems, and/or mental health issues. And with laws the way they are, the most that can be done is that they get put on a 5150 hold (psychiatric hospitalization) for 24-72 hours, then released back onto the street.
