You saw what the Supreme Court did to Biden's student loan forgiveness, you can bet they'd be equally as vindictive and terrible towards any of Bernie's EOs. He probably still gets a boost when the Dobbs decision comes through, but who knows if Democrats will be in a position to take advantage of it in the midterms the way they did in OTL.
