In 5th grade I broke my collar bone, and some assholes were giving me shit, and kind of bump-checked me in the shoulder because they thought it was funny (and hey, what's the kid with the broken shoulder going to do, right?). The pain was so bad it shot me full of adrenaline, at which point I picked up a chair one-handed with my good arm and threatened to beat them to death with it. At which point they backed off really quick and I never really had a problem with them again.

In middle school I occasionally got picked on by a kid who was a grade or two ahead of me when we were on the bus. Usually I'd just ignore it because I wasn't really a confrontational person back then, but then one day he was harassing me a bit when I had a massive sinus headache and I just had throbbing head pain. So my patience was pretty much zero.

So when he started his shit, I basically turned to him and growled at him that if he didn't leave me the fuck alone in the next 10 seconds, I was going to jam both my thumbs into his eye sockets, and then repeatedly smash his head into the ground until his skull cracked open and brains started leaking out. Then I just turned away from him to face the bus window and started silently mouthing counting to 10.

He blustered a bit for the first few seconds, then tried to brush it off like he just bored with picking on me, and kind of turned away and just sort of pretended like he'd forgotten I was even there, but I'm pretty sure I'd scared him shitless, because he never spoke to me again after that.

I've been told by multiple people that I look kind of psychotic when I'm angry. That plus being 6'3" in middle school went a lot way to end bullying whenever I stood up to someone who was giving me shit. No one was ever entirely sure I wasn't just going to kill them or something.
