Topic	Have any of you ever worked in fast food or retail?

"I'll take care of the 90 year old leery pervert." Random people who aren't regular visitors, it's just a small percentage with an asshole quotient, but they are absolutely more noticeable than 10+ good interactions, especially if one of the assholes is petty enough to write a comment card to the admins that never work floor.
