Topic	Have any of you ever worked in fast food or retail?

Hard to quantify into percentages, but if the percentage was only 1% I think the reason it felt like more was because it became much more than 1% of your job dealing with them and not simply a bias in selecting perception. yeah, have seen some where they spend like 30 mins trying to complain to a manager even if they weren't really right.
