What does this mean, like Steam requires a game license to stay on the store and its like a subscription, and WBD is choosing to stop paying for all these games?
Two separate issues. A lot of times, games get delisted because the publisher lost the license to the property. But in WBD's case, the new CEO is "taking the company's image in a new direction" and is yanking everything he possibly can that "doesn't fit" that image. He's most likely voluntarily pulling all these games, just as he's axed four completed films so far.
