faramir77 03/09/24 12:26:35 PM #4: | I follow an adapted P90x routine. I do strength training 3 or 4 times per week, and cardio 1 or 2 times per week. Workouts range from 30 minutes (Thursday cardio by punching my heavy bag) to 90 minutes (Sunday shoulder and arm workout with dumbbells).
I've had good results but I don't really limit my diet much. I'd have much better results if I did, but good God that gets both expensive and bland.
