On their website, PETA accused claimed that the dog show "glorifies the breeding of deformed and disabled animals,"
Generally, the point of dog shows is for breeders to show off the quality of their stock/lines, which means the goal is the best structure within breed standards (round bone, good elbows and hips, all the different body length ratios, etc.). All the stacking, trotting, and evaluation is done to allow the judge to see that the dog is not deformed or disabled.

Maybe I'm missing what this particular show is going for, but again, generally, "designer" breeds don't see action at dog shows. But if they have a rescue arena show, that's awesome, and is obviously a whole different idea. Because rescues are always spayed/neutered, so the breeding aspect is removed entirely.

The food here is terrible. My steak was so tough it attacked my coffee and the coffee was too weak to defend itself.
