Not sure if they'd make a second run for it or if there'd be more competition than Kotick and Altman. As for do I think it will be? Kinda hard to say - I'm leaning that ultimately it won't. Either the House fails to get 2/3s for it because they're rushing it through the fast lane or it dies in the Senate like so many other things.
