Fictional assassins only! Fictionalized versions of real people do not count. Assassin should be their primary occupation (at some point in their lives) and they should be intentional in their assassin...ing.

Bounty hunters count if they mostly kill their targets. Hitmen count because it's the same thing.

I'll let you guys self-govern a bit. If you think someone is not "assassiny" enough for the Rushmore you can make a big group stink and I'll make a decision based on that.
