why is my desert in japan??? These are just not desert sounds to me. They're almost Western-esque too, especially with the trumpets. Like something out of Wild Arms. And then we have some chanting. It's all cool and I don't mind it, but outside of the first 5 seconds this is not a "normal" desert theme and as an Arab-esque music aficionado I am kinda oddly disappointed. Machbeats is incredibly not for me lol. Kaisou is !!! The layers coming in and just not caring about each other and yet still somehow forming a cohesive whole is so cool. I just wish there were more than three layers, or that it were longer before looping, or something. It feels like there was so much potential here and it owns its 45 second loop but what if there were more. I wish Theresa clicked for me. I don't know why it doesn't; it almost feels like it should but shrug. --- Nonsense. "Testing" is for when you're still guessing--and now, I have no need to guess. -- Agatha, Girl Genius ...
