to elaborate on #3 a little bit, I just started up a new red deck game right now. this was my starting handhttps://gamefaqs.gamespot.com/a/forum/0/000bef34.jpg

four of a kind and straight flush are near-impossible (not just with this hand, but in general) so you shouldn't rely on those. Which means to reach 300 points, you're looking at full house, flush, or straight. They're all x4 mult, which means you need 75 chips.

Full house is 40 base, so you need 35 more. This means if you have triple face card and any other pair except 2, you have enough. Or more likely you have something like 8*3 + 6*2 which is 36 and that's enough.

Flush is 35 base, which means you need 40 more. You need 5 cards that add up to 40. Sorta tricky but possible with a few facecards.

Straight is only 30 base so it's the hardest, you need 45 more which means it basically has to be a top-end straight.

So basically from here you want to pick one of those to do and just spam all your discards until you reach it. Personally I'd go with the clubs flush, not that I have any idea for sure which one is best because I'm not a math expert. But you should be able to just barely squeak past 300 in a single hand, and then if there's any sort of joker that gives mult or chips in the shop you can probably buy it and do the next 3-4 blinds also all in a single hand
