It's not. CCC has eerie elements but SE.RA.PH works as well as it does because the villain is, fundamentally, given the 'horror movie bad guy' presentation, and it's done masterfully. There's a joke that goes something like 'Any time the Pillar Women Theme starts playing, drop everything and RUN' and it's on point. If you know which track that refers to, you understand why. I'm not sure which song you mean, but I do know that the sound design for the whole event so far has been incredible.
