Saw it on reddit and there was a user that gave a pretty detailed breakdown of the settlement

In simple terms, this agreement is between Disney and the Central Florida Tourism Oversight District to settle some disputes. Here's what's happening:

1. Disney agrees to drop a lawsuit against the District for not providing certain documents.
2. Disney also agrees to withdraw all requests for public records from the District and the Governor's Office.
3. Both parties acknowledge that certain plans and agreements made in 2023 are now null and void.
4. They agree to dismiss another lawsuit related to the District's plans.
5. Disney and the District will amend a labor agreement to change some dates.
6. Disney can use certain environmental permits, and the District won't interfere.
7. Disney is asking permission to delay a federal lawsuit while they negotiate a new agreement with the District.
8. Both parties agree not to argue about actions taken before February 27, 2023.
9. They release each other from any claims related to the lawsuits.
10. Each party will pay their own legal fees.
11. This agreement doesn't mean anyone admits they did anything wrong.
12. Any changes to this agreement must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
13. If part of this agreement is found invalid, the rest still stands.
14. The agreement was negotiated by both parties' lawyers and isn't biased toward one side.
15. This agreement replaces any previous agreements between the parties.
16. It follows the laws of Florida.
17. If one party doesn't enforce a rule in this agreement, it doesn't mean they're waiving their right to enforce it later.
18. Both parties promise to follow this agreement.
19. The people signing this agree that they're legally able to do so.
20. They had lawyers help them with this agreement, but it was their choice whether to do so.
21. The agreement can be signed electronically, and each copy is considered valid.

Im not an attorney ; but I deal with a lot of stuff like this. I also really enjoy reading.
