Glock 19 acquired, pictured with one of the unfortunate 10 round mags it was forced to be sold with. https://gamefaqs.gamespot.com/a/forum/9/90f89ce1.jpg This photo taken by my trusty potato shows the upgraded sights. Big yellow dot up front which you line up with the U-notch in the back. The pistol I rented had these and immediately liked how easy it was to line up when shooting, so I snagged a set for mine. Overall I'm pretty happy. The full-sized Glock17 I have would be too cumbersome to carry, and the 43x I had was just too small. Next step is getting some non-restricted magazines.
