As a kid in the 80s and 90s, pre internet, I had to move around America multiple times. 1 friend I saw 2 more times, like over a decade later. I was in their state once. And the 2nd time he visited my state. And my family and his family hung out for a few hours Both times, it did feel different from back in the day.
