That would at least give it something over the standard Diligence. As it is, you get a damage increase so small that it isn't even noticeable, at the cost of less ammo, more sway when aiming, and the turning speed of a goddamn HMG turret. The Diligence CS is a horrendous weapon.

Although even if you do give it medium armor piercing, that still just makes it a worse AMR.
