Having gimmicky stuff like Castform and Kecleon that doesn't rely heavily on its Normal typing, and mons like Azurill and Swablu that lose Normal once they evolve was my tiebreaker. Also, Arceus isn't listed for Gen IV. D'oh. I've gotten so used to not including Arceus that the one time it SHOULD be there, I forgot. --- Touch fuzzy. Get fuzzier.
