Ichiban Kasuga wouldn't be eligible, would he? Even in Japan the game came out in January 2020. Thanks for this clarification. I'm not an expert of the series so I didn't know. I also didn't know about the online collectible card game. That being said, there's nothing in the rules discounting game appearances such as that. However, if a 2020s is done and he wasn't in this contest already, he will still be eligible for that decade. --- I've decided to put my fears behind me. I'm not going back.
