One of my received nominations, it still comes into my head often. The music video is a lot of fun and I often watch that more than I actually listen. When I do, it's like the song that never ends. It goes round and round will love find a way just give it time.

And you may ask yourself, why is this classic so low? It induces a bit tooooo much anxiety for my liking. Video especially. The dancing reminds me of a nightmare I had as a kid, and I don't want to ask myself things where the water holds me down.

My first time playing Persona 4 was at my friend's house in 2011-2012. Three of us would hang out and watch tv and movies and eat out and play games together and some nights I'd be allowed to sleepover in the basement and play games. I'd stick to Uncharted 2 and Persona 4 at super low volume settings, but I'd still hear what I could of the soundtrack and it and other tracks were burned into my brain from midnight to 7am when I'd help wake him up because he sucked at responding to his alarms.

It doesn't affect me nearly as much as when I nominated it, and I've still yet to finish Golden after... like five or six years? Still I get nostalgic for a nice cloudy day running about town.

Hybrid Theory and Meteora were my teenage angsting albums. Solo summer days playing Harvest Moon 64, Aidyn Chronicles, and especially Perfect Dark while blasting this, not knowing what to do with myself now that summer day camp and town soccer were in the past. I can still blast these albums and enjoy, but I'm not quite sure why I chose this as my nomination. It would be different these days. "Easier to Run," "Breaking the Habit," or "Pushing Me Away" would by my choices.
