Hey, I'm glad you liked Swamp Horde. It really fits the game so unbelievably well; it's a story in and of itself.



The fiddle at the start lets your know somethings about to hit the fan, hard. Gets your proper pumped; like a hoedown on bath salts. There's still some sanity there.

Then the drums start tumbling, pounding the blood around your body. At that point, the zombies are upon you.

The fiddle is still holding. You're still holding the line. They're not getting through.

Then an absolutely filthy synth rumbles along as bass. There is special infected everywhere. You've just been boomed, and a smoker is creeping up behind you.

If it's still going and you're hearing the crash cymbals smashing down, you are cornered. Should have legged it to the safe house when you had the chance.

The fiddle now only knows how to process two notes at a time, but by the heavens it's going burn them into your skull. Hope you have a pipe bomb left.


Id imagine this song topping the list leaves people with same feeling as the victory song from the game: good to see the finish line, but at what cost?
