The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past Donkey Kong Country Super Metroid Donkey Kong Country was such an enormous deal when it came out. The technology was really exciting, and it was what truly pushed the SNES to the top over the Mega Drive/Genesis. It was the highest selling non-pack in of the entire generation.
