It almost seemed like a glitch because they fly back when hit with the sword, so I looked it up, and I found out you can stun them with the Hookshot and then pick them up and throw them at each other.
I don't like that you can't harm them with your sword unlike in Zelda 1 and ALttP, but this trick definitely makes it better, haha. I'm noticing that dungeons are incredibly long in this one compared to previous Zelda games.
