For those that dont know the horrors of what he was trying to do seriously dont read this ~~the British police caught him as he was preparing to rape a baby.~~ From what I've heard, Watkins' child abuse was reported as early as 2008 but was ignored by police. Apparently he was only caught because he was busted several times for smuggling drugs, and the last time he was caught, the police decided to search his home for drugs but came across the CP.
