If they aren't welcomed at those boards according to your anecdote. The answer is probably an offshoot clone forum, like the LUE people made when their board got privated. CE didn't like the Politics board users flooding in, they brought a sense of indignance with them and it became harder to discuss certain topics and perspectives without getting shouted down, the board culture changed quite a bit and within less than a year we ended up quarantined too.
