Oh I did other things too for sure. calisthenics related. At 16/17 I had lower back pain The pain only flares up sometimes these days. Can go a year or so without noticing. Did recently (wanna say around 6 months ago) flare up from picking up my 10-12 pound dog. Hurt for 3 days --- I'm a Taurus.
