Topic	Which board warranted containment the most?
Thorn 04/17/24 11:53:22 AM #3:	Not sure what CE is up to/has done in the past but the incident that triggered LUE's quarantine was, IIRC, when some members invaded the livejournal of a girl who had died and started trolling it. (This was back in 2003 or maybe early 2004?) CJayC was livid (I think the girl's family had threatened/considered suing) and the only reason he didn't just delete the board was the thought that all that would do is cause the displaced LUE members to scatter to other boards and thought it preferable to simply quarantine it. --- May you find your book in this place.
