Another popular borderline one was named "Dick Pics" that would -- you guessed it-- be full of Richard Nixon photos. In actuality, the rule was mostly applied to fake account suicides and fake abusive posts towards the mods or admin. For anyone who is confused, mod-baiting referred to topic titles that looked like they would contain ToU violations in the OP.
