State no I withold my earnings but the past few years I've owed the state. I just take the standard deduction. I don't care about withholding part. I don't like fussing with taxes. I just import my w2 and a half hour later I am done. Time can be measured in money and money in time. The time and hassle it saves me is worth compared to whatever extra I might eek out not withholding. --- You know how fads are. Today it's brains, tomorrow, pierced tongues.
