However, its important to remember that many studies suggest the weight loss from intermittent fasting may not be due to delaying food consumption. Because of that I let me self have a nibble here and there some times. Note I am not suggesting you should do this in your personal journey. Do what works well for you.


Oh yeah. Definetly just a way for me to keep my calories in check while still eating what I want mostly. Try to stay strict not for the "benefits", but to keep myself accountable and consistent.
This reminds me I should probably start using my fasting tracker app again, but think I like just doing the 12pm to 8pm window even if I stopped eating at 6pm or earlier or break my fast later than 12pm.
