Topic	Why would Fandom buy GameFAQs just to shut it down?

If you read Timmy's (the Fandom admin's) different posts, it becomes clear that they want Gamefaqs to be a major hub of gaming and gaming-related discussion and debate, while he simultaneously decries debate and discussion that is not related to videogames. More likely, their plan is to eliminate all non-gaming/non-gaming related social and community boards. This would have the added "benefit" of forcing topicality on every board.
