Theyve already been doing the investing your asking for. So, in other words... A league that is only 27 years old, which is still considered to be in it's infancy compared to the NBA (72 years), NFL (104 years), NHL (107 years), and MLB (123 years) is JUST starting to turn a profit and reinvesting in the league.
