I still don't really get why the "forum" model of the internet died out. Nothing that's replaced it seems like an improvement to me, at least in terms of being able to find stuff. Even Reddit - which is the closest thing to forums that still exists on a large scale - is suboptimal thanks to the way that the upvote/downvote system skews both conversations and how posts/threads get ordered. --- Kill 1 man: You are a murderer.
