slaterastle 05/10/17 5:38:03 AM #1:	I didnt think it would but I didnt think it would lose round 1. Sure 1994 is a strong year but 2004 was stronger imo. I blame the broken system of having you predict based on games that dont get featured. Each year should only have had 4 notable games since thats all theyre showing for each one. When I said featured, I meant pictured. The game lists they had you predict on have more than 4 games on them but only 4 of them get pictured. I did it based on the whole list, and I think the group of MGS3, Half Life 2, GTA San Andreas, Tales of Symphonia, and Word of Warcraft is a stronger overall group than FF6, Super Metroid, DKC, Sonic and Knuckles, Mega Man X, Phantasy Star 4, and Tekken because MGS3 is the strongest game in this post and every notable game in 2004 got into the best game ever contest where as DKC, Sonic and Knuckles, Phantasy Star 4, and Tekken all didnt IIRC. <cite>slaterastle posted [p:878849631] in I wanted 2... FF6 is probably a top 5 game on the site, and got shafted by meeting number 2 or 3 (FF7) in the quarters. MGS3 beat Mother 3, BioShock, Mass Effect 2 and MGS1 - still an impressive path but you can't really look at just what round games were eliminated in to determine strength. Super Metroid only eventually lost to Majora's Mask and Mega Man X put up a damn impressive performance on FFX.
