This topic on the Switch board shows that Wal-Mart has released an official statement acknowledging their mistake, but no one can seem to agree if they are going to do a second round of pre-orders or if Friday was It? Surely they aren't going to keep the ones from Friday right?

I know mine did too that's why I'm asking. Multiple people including me have asked on Wal-Marts help chat about it and have been told that they are doing a new round of pre-orders next week. I want to believe but. .

Hmm, still haven't gotten an email saying it was cancelled. And I've seen screenshots of Walmarts Twitter telling people good job that they got one. Im guessing they couldn't cut it off in time and whoever ordered at the end got theirs cancelled.

And you can't just say whoops our bad. What happens when next time it's not at a good time for people...and they complain and say they didn't have enough time....they gonna cancel it again?

Best bet would to be signing up with Target, best buy, GameStop, Amazon, and whoever else you can think of. There's at least 4 more chances to get one.

Gamestop isn't taking pre-orders, it's walk ins only. So 3 chances.

Have you heard stories about people trying to get a NES Classic from Gamestop. How they waited 8 or more hours in line to find out they had 3 in stock? No way am I doing that I'm going the digital route.
