I hate the small housing in Japan and lack of being able to buy land. Granite bay is right next to sacramento, its also a short drive to tahoe, and maybe like 2.5 hr drive to san francisco and the bay. granite bay is a nice place. the interior is beautiful but I wouldn't buy it cuz of the yard. If im spending tha tmuch on a house, I want a nice large yard that I can work on and hang out in. I would at least want a half-court bball court, a pool with a bar, and a bbq area. All that has is a downhill walk to a plain gazeebo. And I dunno the average house price in northern sac area. Im only really familiar with the bay area.
